Andrew Bonney earned his Bachlor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Royal Naval Engineering College. Prior to more than 10 years of supporting others with an accomplished track record in change leadership and lean enterprise implementation, he worked for 12 years in operations including learning lean while working for Toyota as a shift manager.
